About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Specialist to join our team at Initiate International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, to define product roadmaps that align with business strategy and objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize product discovery techniques to identify customer needs and desires, transforming them into solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead with data, working closely with internal and external BI teams to identify growth opportunities and monitor platform performance.
  • Product Development: Partner with UX and design teams during the discovery and requirements phases, ensuring that customer and business needs are effectively translated into wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
  • Business Case Development: Support leadership in creating business cases that demonstrate the benefits of the product roadmap, determine priorities, and measure success through predefined KPIs.
  • Requirements Management: Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, in the form of User Stories, to facilitate incremental delivery across the pipeline.
  • Agile Environment: Engage daily with internal and external development and QA teams in an Agile environment to clarify requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct user acceptance testing, ensuring all standards are met, and provide sign-off on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: A strong background as a sports enthusiast with experience in the Betting and Gaming industry, and a deep understanding of its customers.
  • Product Development Experience: Proven experience in defining and delivering customer-facing products, both internally and externally.
  • Product Discovery Techniques: Proficiency in various product discovery techniques to assess the suitability of product requirements at all levels.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile software development practices and methodologies, with a clear understanding of their organizational benefits.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Betting and Gaming industry is desirable.
