Product Owner - Agile Delivery

The Product Owner plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products. As a key member of our Agile team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to define and prioritize product features
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps to guide product delivery
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Make informed decisions to drive product delivery and meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • Foundational Agile certification
  • Scrum.org Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, software delivery, or project management
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working and approaches like Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe)
  • Experience with tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, or TFS
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience with typically used Agile techniques such as User Story mapping, ATDD, and TDD
  • Knowledge and experience in using tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, or TFS
  • Understanding of team metrics and ability to drive team performance
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead through influence within and across teams
