Job Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing leads, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with commercial lines insurance specialists and employees within other divisions. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing leads and achieving sales targets primarily on personal insurance.
- Building relationships with commercial lines insurance specialists and employees within other divisions.
- Facing customers and prospects to sell personal insurance products.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a proven track record of sales success. A minimum of three years' experience in sales, with payslips as proof of previous commission earned, is required.
