Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Junior Key Account Manager. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies per customer to achieve commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Account Management.
- Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject from a recognised University.
- Proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.
