Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Junior Key Account Manager. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies per customer to achieve commercial objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  3. Collaborate with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistics, finance, and IS teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
  5. Analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Account Management.
  • Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject from a recognised University.
  • Proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.
