Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the maintenance of our stylish beachside retreat in Camps Bay. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of luxury and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Maintain all self-catering apartments and communal areas in pristine condition, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Operations Management: Supervise daily operations, focusing on service delivery and compliance with industry standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Living Environment Enhancement: Create and maintain a positive living environment for residents while maximizing revenues within agreed budgetary limits.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Work closely with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and ensure facilities meet operational standards.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures that align with industry best practices in property management.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a qualification in Hospitality or Tourism is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with property management software.
  • Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead a team while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
