This position offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As our Property Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities not only meet but exceed guest expectations.
Job Description
You will oversee facility management, ensuring all self-catering apartments and communal areas are maintained in pristine condition. You will also manage operations, supervising daily activities, focusing on service delivery and compliance with company standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Facility Management: Ensure all self-catering apartments and communal areas are maintained in pristine condition.

- Enhance Living Environment: Create and maintain a positive living environment for residents while maximizing revenues within agreed budgetary limits.
- Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Work closely with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly and ensure facilities meet operational standards.
- Implement Best Practices: Develop and enforce policies and procedures that align with industry best practices in property management.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a qualification in Hospitality or Tourism is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with property management software.
- Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
