Job Overview

The Customer Success Director position is responsible for managing and growing key strategic accounts at senior and C-suite levels.

This role requires driving long-term value, building trusted relationships, and delivering business growth with a specific focus on accounts in the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) industry.

Main Tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives within client organisations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, focusing on business outcomes and long-term value realisation.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling potential, and developing business development plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer strategy.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Stay current on MNO industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements, providing clients with relevant insights.
