Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with local and global strategic sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage sales procedures and policies to ensure they are implemented and followed.
  • Develop and implement a tactical strategy to support business objectives.
  • Responsible for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Support team by attending key client meetings and articulating how Dimension Data can add value through our services and solutions.
  • Take full ownership for managing efficiency levels and streamlining procedures to deliver customer excellence.
  • Act as a mentor/coach and advisor to assist the sales force in setting and keeping to priority activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in security sales preferred.
  • Strong background in sales, marketing, and/or business development preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle customer service issues.
  • Solid previous experience operationally managing a sales team.
  • Sound strategic and operational planning experience.
