Job Description: BOUNCER (MIB)

**Job Summary**:
The BOUNCER (MIB) will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons and staff at a luxurious lifestyle restaurant in Sandton. They will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while enforcing the restaurant's policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Enforcement**:

- Control access to the restaurant and enforce the dress code.
- Monitor the restaurant's interior and exterior for suspicious activity.
- Intervene in disputes or disturbances promptly and professionally.
- De-escalate situations peacefully and effectively.
- Remove unruly or intoxicated patrons from the premises when necessary.
- **Patron Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of patrons and staff.
- Provide assistance to patrons as needed, such as helping them find their belongings or calling for medical attention.
- Prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Crowd Control**:

- Manage crowds effectively, especially during peak times.
- Ensure that the restaurant's capacity limits are not exceeded.
- **Emergency Procedures**:

- Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Assist with evacuations and first aid if necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Follow the restaurant's policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience as a bouncer or security guard is preferred.
- Valid MIB (Minimum Integrated Security) license.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

Pay: R500,00 per day

**Experience**:

- Bouncer: 2 years (required)
