Administrative Support Specialist

Meondo Holdings seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Director.
Main purpose: Provide high-level confidential support to the Chief Executive by offering a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service.
To achieve this, effective planning and administrative systems must be in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
This includes coordinating conferences, strategy days, staff briefings, and other events as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications and traits:

Minimum Requirements:
• A Matric certification is necessary for consideration.
• Willingness to travel across South Africa and work outside standard office hours is essential.
Must have own vehicle
• The ability to interact with business executives and high-end officials is crucial.
• Excellent administration skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure company while meeting high expectations and demands.
• Good telephone and email etiquette are expected.
• Professionalism, presentation, and maturity are essential qualities for this position.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
A Degree or tertiary qualification is an added advantage
Competencies:

• Ability to interact well with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure are necessary.
Marketing and PR skills/experience will be viewed favorably.
Estimated salary for this role is R600,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
