Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Planner to join our team. As a Strategic Financial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • New business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue;
  • Financial needs analysis: Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs;
  • Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners;
  • Building a professional practice: Establish and grow your own financial planning practice under the Liberty Standard Bank Group 2 brand.

You will work closely with our experienced trainers and managers to develop your skills and knowledge, and have access to a range of tools and resources to support your success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric certificate (essential);
  • A degree (preferable);
  • Honesty and integrity;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • A strong network and social contacts;
  • Independence and reliability;
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of achievement.
