THINK is recruiting for a Communications Officer at our office in Hillcrest to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our organisation's communication, public relations, and marketing efforts. As the Communication Officer, you will have the opportunity to support our communication strategies, engage with stakeholders, and uphold our brand image.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Develop and implement communication policies and procedures to maintain and enhance our brand image.
- Support a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide expert support on internal and external communication efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address company news and updates.
- Work closely with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that the organisation’s activities are adequately disseminated.

- Assist in the delivery of digital and marketing strategies, including website management, social media campaigns, publishing, branding, and event coordination.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a media portfolio including the drafting of press releases.
- Prepare/draft assorted promotional or information materials, complimentary items (brochure, posters, calendars, diaries etc.) to improve knowledge and visibility of the organisation.
- Provide training and offer support and expertise to colleagues advising on style, branding, content and analytics.
- Support all aspects of the production of digital and print publications, ensuring the organisation’s branding and style guidelines are effectively deployed.
- Review and update member marketing data on the customer relationship management system.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a Marketing and Communications team.
- Strong knowledge of corporate communication principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
