Key Performance Areas

Administration Management

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our property administration functions. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Risk Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with property management, ensuring the safety and security of our assets and personnel.

Asset Maintenance & Management

We require a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the required standards.

Financial Management

The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Customer Services

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Reporting

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

We require a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or a relevant diploma, as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in property management.

Skills and Abilities

The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn and operate financial software packages.
