We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong international connections and previous experience in a similar role.

Job Description

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals. This includes identifying, cultivating, and soliciting relationships with major donors, corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will also be expected to write grant proposals and reports for various funding sources, plan and execute fundraising events throughout the year, and collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling fundraising materials.

Maintaining accurate records of all donor interactions using CRM software or other databases will also be an important aspect of this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a proven track record of securing major gifts from corporations, foundations, or high net-worth individuals. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required if equivalent experience exists.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and candidates must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a competitive remuneration package for a senior fundraising professional.
