Business Development Manager - Solar Energy Solutions

Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Renewable Energy company to find a motivated Business Development Manager specializing in Solar energy solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of solar services, developing client relationships, and contributing to our client's mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, leveraging market research and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about advancements in solar technology and industry regulations, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing expertise and solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction, driving business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets, aligning with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and industry knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy or solar industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
