Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Partners/Directors of Attorney firms and vendors, serving as their primary point of contact.
Identify and address areas that may negatively impact the performance of the Registration department and Home Loans as a whole, ensuring seamless operations.
Ensure that attorneys' facilities are in place and updated, arranging meetings and workshops as needed.
Conduct presentations with new firms to the panel and lead Attorney Workshops, fostering effective communication.
Analyse new panel applications, assessing their business plans and viability.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Matriculation
- Degree or Diploma in property and conveyancing law
Experience Required
- Up to 5 years of experience within Home loans
- Proven leadership and people management record
- Thorough knowledge of the Code of Banking Practice
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Home Loans and the Registration process
- A good understanding of banking principles, procedures, processes, service, and products
- Knowledge of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act
- System Knowledge: OS2, Home Loan Application, E4, Intranet, SAP, Customer 1st
