Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support in the documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of business processes within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, including workflow diagrams, process maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop user-friendly manuals and guides for internal systems, software, and procedures.
  • Support the process improvement team in scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing process-related correspondence.
  • Contribute to the creation and organization of training materials related to business processes and systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and support the implementation of process enhancements to boost productivity.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to gather process requirements and feedback.
  • Monitor adherence to documented processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to process documentation or improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Bizagi).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
