Global Sales and Business Development Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions with customers in retail partner stores.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sales targets and Closing deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- High school diploma: All eligible candidates must possess a passed matric certificate or NQF equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Sales Experience: No experience required (retail/sales experience would be advantageous).
- Customer-focused: A genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
Our competitive salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
