Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions with customers in retail partner stores.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Sales targets and Closing deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma: All eligible candidates must possess a passed matric certificate or NQF equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Sales Experience: No experience required (retail/sales experience would be advantageous).
  • Customer-focused: A genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
