About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at mPower People Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via an inbound line, responding to general contract and transactional inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using our in-house operating system.
  • Call Logs and Reports: Complete call logs and reports to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex customer issues to senior agents or team leaders as needed.
  • Productivity and Quality: Maintain high productivity levels and ensure quality standards are met at all times.
  • Administrative Functions: Perform daily administrative functions, including accurately capturing required information in our CRM systems.
  • Company Policies and Practices: Adhere to and support company policies and practices at all times.
  • SLA and Quality Standards: Ensure that cases are reviewed and actioned in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Tshivenda language is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of inbound call center experience.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Administration Experience: Experience in administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industry is highly desirable.
  • Education: Grade 12 (must have). Formal call center qualifications are advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
