Your mission will be to unlock opportunities, address challenges, and cultivate reliable partnerships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our clients' business objectives, technical requirements, and IT landscapes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Ecosystem teams to evaluate the potential implementation of Red Hat and Partner solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical guidance for the design and execution of intricate solutions and services.
- Establish strategic relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrate value to our clients and partners through engaging presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare responses to technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Coordinate the technical contributions of other Red Hat personnel, including Product Specialists, Support, and Professional Services.
- Deliver persuasive recommendations that facilitate the closure of new sales.
- Manage and achieve a bookings quota while conducting regular reviews and reporting on the opportunities you are pursuing.
- Share your expertise by contributing to documentation (e.g., wikis, quick-start guides, blog posts, and white papers), developing reusable resources (e.g., demonstrations, workshops), and presenting at conferences and industry gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pre-sales, consulting, IT architecture, or a related field supporting enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency in integration, development, or administration of Linux systems, with the ability to present to diverse audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams.
- Proven track record in building relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels within large enterprise IT organizations.
- Familiarity with modern and emerging technologies, including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and contemporary application frameworks.
- Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any relevant Red Hat certification.
- Experience or certification with any public cloud provider.
