Job Description

As a Senior Luxury Retail Coordinator at Crew Life at Sea, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our discerning guests. Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the onboard boutique, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in executing opening and closing procedures, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Provide unparalleled customer service by greeting, assisting, and resolving issues for guests while on board.
  • Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to devise and implement sales plans that achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Train and supervise boutique staff to ensure they meet high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized boutique environment, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Foster partnerships with other departments to promote boutique offerings and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new product releases to make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in luxury retail or boutique management is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
