Front Desk Administrator for Luxury Retail

We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team at WENZ, a premium home entertainment retailer & installer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a high-end showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and greeting clients.
- Process invoices, manage billing, and assist with stock keeping using specialized software.
- Receive packages and coordinate with the administrative officer on various related tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: National Senior Certificate (NSC) is required.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer use, including data processing and familiarity with invoicing and billing software.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly and anticipate needs.
- Organized, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be well-versed and able to interact professionally with clients.
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
Additional Information:
- Successful candidates will undergo interviews followed by a probationary period to showcase their skills and potential for growth.
- The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of R120 000 - R150 000 per annum, depending on experience.
