We are seeking an EB Administration Manager at IOCO. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, administrative skills, and effective communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing personnel, including performance appraisal and absence management.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
  • Coordinating training and developing administrative systems and policies.
  • Managing relationships with service providers and administrators.
  • Ensuring SLA compliance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Adhering to legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Providing training to employees on products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of employee benefits rules and processes.

Qualifications required:

  • Regulatory Examination Certificate (RE5): Representative
  • NQF Level 5 (120 credits)
  • Certificate of Proficiency
  • Business administration qualification or equivalent
  • Management qualification or equivalent

Work Environment:

  • Office Bound (Onsite)
