Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Account Management and Business Development Specialist to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans that drive volume, value, distribution, and share growth within our channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Joint Business Planning process from beginning to end.
  • Align the JBP with Corplan objectives and achieve set market share targets for categories within selected categories.
  • Implement and track forward shared performance, building and developing plans by Region, by Customer to achieve Customer growth in volume and value in line with the monthly budget process.
  • Deliver and implement distribution plans to increase numeric distribution in current and new outlets.
  • Manage Regional Agents operationally and ensure operational excellence of all planned activities.
  • Regularly provide feedback to SC Johnson on the state of business in South Africa and implement course corrections as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Key Accounts and Sales Operations, with a strong background in business acumen and analytical skills.
  • P&L management experience, with proficiency in Microsoft and AC Nielsen, and SAP (BW) an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels within a cross-functional organization.
