Sales Role
We are now looking to expand our sales team with a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist in 3 different branches. As an Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and introducing businesses to our suite of office automation products and services.
About the Job
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales in the office automation sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the office automation market.
- Identifying and prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate automation solutions tailored to their business.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Providing exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in office automation or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office automation products such as printers, copiers, document management systems, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
