As a Business Development Specialist with The Recruitment Council, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of business insurance clients. Our ideal candidate has face-to-face sales experience and is eager to grow and develop their skills in this area.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and servicing your own portfolio of business insurance clients
  • Attaining new business insurance clients through face-to-face distribution channels
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently
Requirements:
  • Matric or National Senior Certificate
  • Insurance qualification or credits based on date of first appointment to commercial lines insurance
  • Class of Business or Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training
  • FAIS Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5)
  • Valid code B driver's license and reliable transportation
