About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist - CSR at Stratogo. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
  • Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Maintain the general office filing system.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong telephonic skills.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual with strong attendance history.
  • Own transport is essential.

Please note that this is a temporary position with a 3-month contract.
