Role Overview

The Data Capturer role at Cre8work is focused on accurately entering, verifying and maintaining data related to tyre management systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Performance Areas

  • Customer Management
    • Retain 100% of all technically managed sites through effective tyre management and data administration.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Optimize sales team efficiency by fully utilizing sales resources and maintaining accurate data.
  • Growth & Learning
    • Empower end-user sales executives to confidently grow and manage customer bases.

Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

  • Manage all tyre-related movements on customer tyre management programs, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Provide monthly reports to customers, ensuring quality and clarity.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry, including fleet surveys and tyre movements.
  • Uphold Site-Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with accurate data management.
  • Regularly update records and maintain data integrity.
  • Identify and address tyre-related concerns within customer fleets.
  • Collaborate with teams and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
  • Generate reports for internal and external use, meeting deadlines and standards.

Learn & Grow Responsibilities

  • Submit daily progress updates to management.
  • Provide training and development for site personnel to enhance their data management skills.
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant software and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in a structured data management role.
  • Tyre industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
