Job Summary

RPO Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Drives & PLC Sales Representative in the Automation sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drives, PLCs, and automation solutions, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automation industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with expert advice on drives and PLC solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical support during the sales process.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes based on client needs.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements related to drives and PLCs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales activities.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the automation, drives, or PLC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of drives, PLCs, and automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
