RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Automation Sales Representative to promote and sell drives, PLCs, and related automation solutions to industrial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and providing technical support during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the automation industry.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients and become their trusted advisor for drives and PLC solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes based on client needs.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements related to drives and PLCs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the automation, drives, or PLC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of drives, PLCs, and automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
