Job Summary

Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Director to drive our marketing initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development:

Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective marketing strategies for the Global market, ensuring alignment with the global brand and local market trends.

Campaign Design and Execution:

Oversee the creation of marketing materials (digital, print, video, etc.) with a focus on high-quality, visually engaging content. Work closely with internal creative teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.

Graphic Design Expertise:

Take the lead in producing top-tier graphics, layouts, and visual concepts for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email, advertising, and events. Maintain a high level of design standards and attention to detail.

Content Development and Brand Messaging:

Ensure that all marketing content and materials are on-brand, tailored to Global market, and effectively communicate key messaging that drives engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to adapt campaigns to meet regional needs, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are cohesive and impactful.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and design elements to optimize performance. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on campaign progress and outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain a strong focus on quality control in all aspects of marketing production, ensuring that materials are error-free, well-designed, and meet the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a strong portfolio in graphic design for both digital and traditional media
  • Expert proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong eye for detail and quality control in all creative outputs
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Experience in international or global marketing and understanding of regional market nuances
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and local languages, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards design and marketing challenges
  • Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, and email marketing
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
