Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • Prepare quotations and change of broker letters for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Assist with queries and claims, providing prompt and professional feedback to clients
  • Manage and retain current medical aid funds, ensuring optimal returns for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (NQF5 Wealth Certification)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical aid industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and short-term insurance products, including GAP cover
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
