We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top IT talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screening: Conduct detailed candidate interviews, assessing their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to Recruitment Consultants and management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or IT-related roles
  • Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles and technologies, or a passion for learning about the tech industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Motivated: A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
