Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, responding to their inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor and protect park resources, including sites, facilities, and wildlife.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement public programs, events, and activities.
  • Operate two-way radio equipment and respond to emergency situations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including concessionaires, partners, and local communities.

Requirements:

  • Able to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
  • Will be required to wear a uniform and comply with National Park Service uniform standards.
  • May be required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or shift work.
