We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare technology to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of business cases, documenting client requirements, designing and validating functional solutions, and proposing solutions based on approved requirements.

Your expertise will also involve ensuring testing of solutions, updating and publishing release notes, maintaining and updating related documentation, and performing live monitoring of new systems during go-live. Additionally, you will respond to incidents, conduct preliminary analysis of issues, document SLAs, and participate in internal delivery forums.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills across various stakeholders, ability to work cohesively in a team environment, high attention to detail, resilience, enthusiasm, energy, and drive. A positive can-do attitude focused on continuous improvement is essential, along with the ability to take and provide feedback to drive improved delivery. Problem-solving and execution skills are also crucial.

We prefer candidates with an understanding of technical tools used in healthcare analytics, including informatics or relevant degrees, experience in healthcare technology, and 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Understanding of analytical and solution architecture on cloud, business/process mapping, patient health management, provider profiling, healthcare reporting, clinical tools, data science in healthcare, and actuarial calculations are also desirable.
