To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A 3 year formal qualification in Commerce or a STEM field of study;
  • Business Analysis Qualification;
  • Advanced Business Analysis Diploma/Certification;
  • IIBA Membership - advantageous;
  • Agile Certification – advantageous;
  • 10+ years related BA working experience within Financial Services - essential;
  • 5+ years related BA working experience within an Investments and Fund Administration environment – advantageous;
  • CBAP Training and certification – advantageous;
  • Business Analyses;
  • Data warehousing / Business Intelligence;
  • Analytics.

You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders including project sponsors, product owners, SMEs and Head: Analysis & Design to drive remediation/resolution of project escalations. You will also need to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide regular progress and feedback on projects logged.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement. They will also be proficient in modelling tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect or similar, as well as having SQL knowledge and experience with Project Execution Management.
