Nedbank Wealth is seeking an experienced Insurance Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering suppliers, including appointment of new suppliers and monitoring of existing ones.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial/corporate segments. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Management and administration of suppliers
- Assistance with claims and review of cover vs loss/damage event
- Negotiation of liability acceptance with insurers
- Design, development, and implementation of new processes
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to assist with systems upgrade design and specification drafts, review and upgrade existing processes, and design, develop, and implement new processes. They will also assist with product training material development and presentation of training.
