Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a
Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Ad Talent. This role involves designing and implementing exceptional customer journeys.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Customer Experience to translate corporate strategy into effective customer experience plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer life cycles and identify pain points to enhance interactions for the company brand.
- Collaborate with teams to develop detailed maps of the customer journey across all stages and touchpoints.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, behaviour data and performance metrics to gain insights into the customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and improve overall satisfaction.
- Communicate findings, strategies and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing/IMM/Business Management.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a senior Marketing/CRM role.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis experience.
