Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HR Studio Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and establish new connections.
  2. Promote and sell our products and services using effective arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain positive business relationships and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  6. Coordinate sales efforts with other team members and analyze sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Prior experience in merchant acquiring sales or business development is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to use a car for business purposes.
