Administrative Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our dynamic team at Time Personnel.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and professional image of the company to all clients and visitors.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that client needs are met.
- Deal with customer queries, complaints, and orders, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the office environment, including equipment, air conditioning, and plumbing, to ensure tenant needs are met.
- Manage the leads list and allocate tasks to sales representatives.
- Oversee petty cash, reconcile expenses, and report to the finance department.
- Ensure timely submission of necessary slips and invoices to the finance department.
- Create and manage quotations and invoices for the service department.
- File and scan emails for staff and clients.
- Manage vehicle licenses and renewals.
- Purchase office supplies as needed.
- Purchase electricity for the office as required.
Requirements:
- Matric certification or equivalent; further education is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administration role.
- A reliable means of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
