Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our dynamic team at Time Personnel.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and professional image of the company to all clients and visitors.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Deal with customer queries, complaints, and orders, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the office environment, including equipment, air conditioning, and plumbing, to ensure tenant needs are met.
  • Manage the leads list and allocate tasks to sales representatives.
  • Oversee petty cash, reconcile expenses, and report to the finance department.
  • Ensure timely submission of necessary slips and invoices to the finance department.
  • Create and manage quotations and invoices for the service department.
  • File and scan emails for staff and clients.
  • Manage vehicle licenses and renewals.
  • Purchase office supplies as needed.
  • Purchase electricity for the office as required.

Requirements:

  • Matric certification or equivalent; further education is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administration role.
  • A reliable means of transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
