About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can effectively manage the sales process from start to finish. This includes handling sales enquiries, preparing and sending sales quotes, and managing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. They should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Sales Enquiries: Handle telephonic, email, on-site, and walk-in customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demos when required, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
  3. Prepare Sales Quotes: Prepare and send sales quotes to customers via email or other communication channels.
  4. Capture Sales Orders: Capture sales orders using SAP and arrange stock from suppliers.
  5. Arrange Deliveries: Arrange delivery and installation with customers and internal technical departments.
  6. Administration Duties: Perform administrative duties such as setting appointments, creating customer visit reports, and maintaining sales data in SAP, Word, and Excel.
