Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support: Assist the Regional Sales Directors, Business Development Team and Global Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and organising meetings and travel arrangements.
  2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, track sales opportunities, and monitor sales pipeline progress.
  3. Sales Reporting & Analytics: Compile and generate regular sales reports, monitor sales performance metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  4. Market Research: Assist with research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to support sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Event Coordination: Help organise and coordinate sales meetings, trade shows, and global events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
  6. Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate smooth communication across teams, regions, and departments.
  7. Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales files, records, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma required; higher degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a global or international context.
