Job SummaryThis role involves attending to client complaints on behalf of the company for short-term and long-term insurance. The successful candidate will provide informed, helpful, and educative solutions to aggrieved clients, turning their service experience journey from unsatisfactory to satisfactory.
Main Responsibilities- Support and assist in complaint resolution.
- Work closely with business units to resolve complaints.
- Take corrective action to prevent service breakdowns.
We're looking for a candidate with a NQF 5 qualification in Insurance/Banking. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in short-term insurance is essential, along with knowledge of associated products, processes, and systems. Experience in data analysis, problem identification, and reporting is also required.
