We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at the Standard Bank Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient resolution of the Corporate and Commercial claims.
Responsibilities
- To adhere to identified processes and procedures.
- To deliver results within agreed SLAs and TATs.

Requirements
- A minimum of 4-7 years commercial claims experience is required.
- Technical background on motor claims/repairs (commercial) is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience is required.
