We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient resolution of corporate and commercial claims and related account payments by adhering to identified processes, procedures, standards and exercising appropriate discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery within agreed SLAs and TATs of assigned portfolio by effectively engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to identified processes, procedures, standards and exercise appropriate discretion in resolving claims.
Qualifications and Experience
Type of Qualification: Diploma (NQF 5)
Field of Study: Commercial Insurance Qualification
- RE 5
- Matric
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years commercial claims experience required. Should have a broad, solid technical understanding of corporate and commercial policy wordings and claims. Technical background on motor claims/repairs (commercial).
- Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience is required. Insurance product knowledge of at least 3 products for an Insurance Consultant Level 2.
- Risk Management: 3+ years commercial representative experience in intermediary services experience within Commercial lines.
