The ideal candidate will be a sales-focused individual with the ability to think strategically and drive business growth. Key responsibilities will include creating awareness of the brand in the KZN branch, building a network of clients and stakeholders, and ensuring sales targets are met through effective promotion of the company’s services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collecting market intelligence, designing a value proposition, and attending industry events to stay up-to-date on industry developments.


Additional responsibilities will include ensuring feedback sessions are held with clients, aligning enrolment with available resources, and managing the training process efficiently. The candidate will also be responsible for creating a database of host companies for on-the-job training, ensuring compliance with SETA and other relevant bodies requirements, and assisting companies as needed.


As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will act as a 2IC to the General Manager and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch. Key requirements include at least three years’ experience in a technical training environment, a tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing, familiarity with SETAs, NAMB, and QCTO administrative requirements, and the ability to work outside of regular working hours.
