The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in group funeral or group risk markets.
  • Broker consulting, trade union, and funeral parlor experience in an insurance company.
  • Proven sales track record and ability to establish relationships with decision makers.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) include:

  • Sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining broker relationships.
  • Developing client relationships.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Staying competitive in the industry.
