Insurance Business Development Specialist

Telebest is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and securing new business opportunities with corporates, unions, and churches.
- Maintaining relationships with existing brokers and establishing new contacts.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships at all business levels.
- Ensuring no unreasonable post-sales barriers for clients.
- Staying updated on competitor products, services, and industry developments.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in group funeral or group risk markets.
- Broker consulting, trade union, and funeral parlor experience in an insurance company.
- Proven sales track record and ability to establish relationships with decision makers.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) include:
- Sourcing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining broker relationships.
- Developing client relationships.
- Ensuring client satisfaction.
- Staying competitive in the industry.
