  3. To build exceptional relationships to ensure growth and customer retention.
  4. To ensure optimum profitability and volume for the brand in line with business plan.
  5. To ensure good communication channels and give regular feedback to customer and key company personnel.
  6. To add value to the customer by giving advice and support through a good understanding of the customer's business and transport needs.
