Ashton Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Personal Assistant to support their Head of Commercial Hospital Sales. This role requires a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can provide administrative support, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Commercial Sales, including managing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.
  2. Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision and accuracy.
  3. Documentation: Prepare and coordinate a wide range of documents, including presentations, reports, and proposals, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
  4. Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  5. Filing Systems: Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to critical information.
  6. Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place and exceeding expectations.
  7. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, representing the organization with professionalism and poise.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience as PA or Office Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  2. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality, with a proven track record of handling sensitive information.
  5. Experience with finance and HR functions will be an advantage, showcasing a broad range of skills and expertise.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with creativity.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to collaborate.
