Senior Personal Assistant to Head of Commercial Sales

Ashton Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Personal Assistant to support their Head of Commercial Hospital Sales. This role requires a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can provide administrative support, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Commercial Sales, including managing correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations.
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision and accuracy.
- Documentation: Prepare and coordinate a wide range of documents, including presentations, reports, and proposals, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Filing Systems: Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to critical information.
- Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place and exceeding expectations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, representing the organization with professionalism and poise.
- 5+ years of experience as PA or Office Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality, with a proven track record of handling sensitive information.
- Experience with finance and HR functions will be an advantage, showcasing a broad range of skills and expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to collaborate.
