Sales Agent Support Officer

This role is part of the Mukuru team that provides support to their field agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the service provided to these agents meets the expected standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting Field Agents: Respond to queries and provide assistance to field agents via various communication channels.
- Providing Guidance: Offer support and guidance to sales consultants and agents on procedures and general information.
- App Query and Device Support: Assist with app-related queries and device setup.
- Payroll Issues: Help resolve payroll-related issues.
- Keeping Agents Informed: Keep the sales force updated with new information communicated internally.
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Training: Completion of the Mukuru call centre training course.
- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales and support consultant roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
